“Lidia inspired me to get fitter and healthier…with a real focus on long term sustainable changes rather than just quick fixes. During our training lessons she always shared insight and advice on healthy eating habits and mind-set changes.  She was engaging not just for me but my 2 girl’s as well. I was weary of starting workouts whilst having 2 toddlers to manage at home she engaged them in sessions making it fun for them whilst getting them some exercise too….she is till date known as ‘exercise lady’!
