Lidia is dedicated to helping improve health and wellbeing, and her enthusiastic and positive style is inspiring and motivating. Her sessions are effective and flexible, so I can exercise at home and at a convenient time. I now feel confident that I am exercising correctly, and more effectively, with a structure in place. I would highly recommend Lidia, and have found having a personal trainer incredibly beneficial in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I now have more energy and feel better all round.
