Holistic Fitness and Coaching by Lidia Peto

At first, I was quite nervous to work with a personal trainer as I have never done anything like that before, however, when I met Lidia, she made me feel at comfortable and at ease.
Lidia is friendly, supportive, encouraging and is a good listener and she tailors my programme to suit my specific needs.
I was inspired by Lidia’s story of how she changed her life for the better and this gave me the motivation that I needed to kick-start a fitness programme for myself, something that I had been thinking about for some time.
Lidia motivates me and challenges me to push myself but she does so in a gentle and encouraging way.
My general fitness levels have improved and I feel more confident, which is fantastic, and I look forward to continuing to work with Lidia, thank you!
